Aquacise & Pregnancy Aquacise

These great classes are suitable for pregnancy, hip replacement, knee replacement or if you just want to come and exercise.  There are many benefits to exercising in water:

. Direct impact on joints is reduced

. It can help to improve strength,endurance and range of movement

. Muscle balance and posture could be achieved

. Improving the cardiovascular/respiratory system could be achieved

Because you are approx 90% under water and therefore buoyant you are only bearing 10% of your body weight and therfore joints and muscles are under far less stress than if exercising out of water.

The music will help you along in these great classes.

Aquacise classes held:

Huntigndon        Monday evening

                        Wednesday evening


Peterborough     Wednesday morning

                        Thursday evening

                         Saturday morning
